At No Limits Gym we have designed our training to promote real skill development while being fit and active.

We are passionate about developing your combat skills in striking, grappling and self defence through our weekly combat classes. We have a lineup of instructors who have fighting experience at the professional world class level. We encourage all people to come and train with us regardless of your skill or fitness level.

Our services extend further than combat classes; with a complete weights and cardio gym at both locations and several experienced personal trainers that will guide you to achieve your fitness or fighting goals. Whether you want to be a champion in the ring, on the mats or in your everyday life – we will help you to fulfil your potential with NO LIMITS.

  • Specialised in Muay Thai after he lived, trained, and fought out of some most respected gyms in Thailand for over 3 years.

ASSISTANT BOXING COACH

  • Samantha has represented No Limits Gym in the ring multiple times over the last six years. She is also one of the most valuable members of our fight team and coaching staff.
  • Coaches Kids Combat classes; also offer ‘Women’s only’ classes and one-on-one boxing private sessions.

Errol
STREET JIU-JITSU SELF DEFENCE COACH

  • Over 50 years of experience in Jiu-Jitsu.
  • Specialist in Law Enforcement training (Police, Corrective Services) including all weapon defence training.
  • Multiple National & International Representative. Black Belt 5th Dan – Jiu-Jitsu, Black Belt Ninjutsu, Black Belt Judo (British) Senior Black belts in Taekwondo, Karate.
  • First Aid, CPR, WWC.
GRAPPLING COACH

  • Over 20 years of practice in Sambo, Judo, and traditional Asian wrestling (Uzbek Kuresh and Korean Ssireum)

Strength and conditioning focus on developing strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance to maximise sporting performance.

The sessions will also prime your body to move better and prevent injuries.

Massage can be a useful tool to aid in athlete recovery. Use of soft tissue techniques targeted to your body more specifically and not just a general massage. Often followed through with exercise recommendations to prolong the benefits of massage.

Five years of training boxing. Five years training BJJ at a competitive level. Won several state championships and competed in NSW, ACT, and VIC. 55 matches, 49 wins.
Graeme
EXERCISE SCIENCE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

  • Graeme is passionate about all health and fitness-related and has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science where he worked with Olympic and national junior athletes. Graeme is currently studying Master of Exercise Physiology.
  • Graeme has experience in strength and conditioning, athlete performance, video analysis, and nutrition planning.
Dominic
GROUP TRAINER

  • Dominic has a passion for sports performance.
  • Dom played AFL as part of the Swans Academy for over six years and in Sydney Swans Reserves.
  • He is studying exercise science and has his Certificate 3 in Fitness, First Aid, CPR, WWC.
PERSONAL TRAINER

  • 10 years of industry experience
  • 8 years with the No Limits Family
  • Competed in long-distance running, powerlifting, and amateur boxing.
  • Offers No-Fuss Personal Training and strength and conditioning.
  • Accredited Combat Sports Trainer & Cornerman, Punchfit Trainer, Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness.
  • CPR, WWC Level 1 Powerlifting Coaching Course, Trigger Point Therapy Myofascial Release Course, Fundamental and Advanced Kettlebell Training.
Phoebe
GROUP TRAINER

  • Accredited group fitness, personal training, strength & conditioning, and coordination coach. Over five years of dance experience including, pole-dancing and silk, aerial, sling, antigravity yoga, ballet, and ballroom.
  • Phoebe also works alongside hardcore pole champions and competes in amateur pole advanced divisions.
  • Certificate 3 in fitness, Pole Instructor, Nutrition, Anatomy, and Physiology.
